I would be willing and able to do that. Although if someone else closer to you wants to offer (are there any Massfilcers near Worcester?) I would stand aside for them :)

I can give you a ride *to* MassFilc since I'll be in Worcester Saturday morning anyhow. Unfortunately, I don't think I'll be able to give you a ride back. Also, we'll have to go a bit out of the way to pick up Ben and Sarah in Newton.

B-Lady and I can offer a ride back, not all the way to Worcester, but at least to a train station someplace convenient. Or crash here in Brighton and then take a train in the morning.

Also, perhaps we should give Ben and Sarah a ride to Nashua (and Kate, you can drive them back home afterward), since it'd be lots more convenient for us to drive Brighton-Waltham-Nashua than for you to go Worcester-Waltham-Nashua?

(I'm assuming you meant "Waltham" not "Newton" for Ben and Sarah's location, but even if you did intend "Newton", that'd be even easier for us to do.)

If you were to give Ben and Sarah a ride to the meeting, that would make things more convenient, but we should talk to them before switching plans.
