This week I walked 4 miles. I did 5 half hour yoga sessions.

I've made some changes to my daily routine. I started doing “Morning Pages”/Journaling first thing in the morning, which meant that I needed to find another time to do yoga. (I don’t like having too many things to do before breakfast.) I needed to find a reason to fit yoga in to another time of day. I decided to try Sunset Yoga. I am actually starting 30 to 40 minutes before the sunset. My bedroom has a West facing window, so as I do yoga I am spending half an hour enjoying the sunset. I am finding that this not only motivated me to do yoga, but that I mind the short daylight hours less when I do this.

I was able to keep to more reasonable portions this week, Mid-afternoon snack is still the toughest to control portion, but I find I’m craving desserts less.

My weight last week was 152 lbs. (69 kilograms)
My weight today is 151 lbs. (68 kilograms)

I don’t know if this means I am leveling out or if it is a bump in calories from Thanksgiving. I guess I’ll have a better idea next week.
