Weekly Weigh In 28 (Thanksgiving Edition)

This week I did not do any significant walking. I did 3 half hour yoga sessions.
This was my first week not counting callories. It was weird. A couple of times this week i was presented with foods not already on my calorie estimates list. I started wondering how much they were, and seeing how they fit against my daily total, when I remembered that I don't have a daily total. I tried to just take conservative portions.
My weight last week was 151 lbs. (68 kilograms)
My weight today is 152 lbs. (69 kilograms)
So the day after Thanksgiving I am one pound up on the week before, and I didn't walk last week. Even without Turkey-Day yesterday I might have been up a bit from last week. I need to stay motivated to exercise. I am not conserned at this point. We will see how I do next week, if I can maintain, or if I gain another pound.
