Weekly Weigh In 23

Since I will be traveling tomorrow I did my weigh in this morning
This week I managed 7 miles of walking. I did 2 half hour yoga sessions.
My average calories per day this week were 1592;
with a range of 1572 – 1663. I was back to 1600 calories a day.
My weight last week was 155 lbs. (70 kilograms)
My weight today is 153 lbs. (69 kilograms)
I have lost 30 lbs in 23 weeks. Clearly I need to go back to 1700 calories per day to "level out" Also this weekend, eating on-the-road and eating-at-a-con.
