This week I managed 10 miles of walking. I did not go kayaking (I think kayaking is done for the year). I did 5 half hour yoga sessions.

My average calories per day this week were 1697;
with a range of 1610 – 1790. (Included in this week, baked apple, fudge, fried dough, dark chocolate peanutbutter cups, black raspberry ice cream, bloomin' onion, and kettlecorn.)

My weight last week was 156 lbs. (71 kilograms)
My weight today is 155 lbs. (70 kilograms)

At this rate I may have lost 30 lbs. by O.V.F.F.

Quite a respectable weight loss. Healthy loss too as it's not more than a pound a week. Keep it up!
