I walked fifteen miles over 5 days; the leaves are getting really pretty. I went kayaking once. I did 7 half hour yoga sessions.
My average calories per day this week were 1685 (this is the week I raised my calories per day target to 1700); with a range of 1620 – 1719.
My weight last week was 158 lbs. (72 kilograms)
My weight today is 157 lbs. (71 kilograms)
Eating more calories this week was interesting. While it was nice to have a bit more flexibility, by the end of the week I noticed that my body didn’t always want to stop eating at 1700 per day. Eating out I find is a challenge, because portions seem Huge to me now.
I am a bit surprised my weight went down this week, although it was actually 157.4 so with just a couple of ounces more it would have been level with last week’s number. With this in mind I will continue the 1700 calories per day experiment next week.
