It's that time of year

I have cleared a debt.

2 years and 3 months ago, in my divorce settlement, I agreed that instead of alimony I would take over the car payment (while she got the car).

Today I mailed a check paying off the remainder of the loan. The check should clear in 5 to 10 business days, and she should receive the title 5 to 10 business days after that (in 2 to 4 weeks all together.)

I am quite relieved to have that debt behind me.
