The past week I walked 2 miles. I did 4 half hour sunset yoga sessions.
I also took some of my shirts to the tailor to have them taken in.
My weight last week was 152 lbs. (69 kilograms)
My weight today is 152 lbs. (69 kilograms)
I think we have found a natural "level" of somewhere between 150 and 152. If I decide to lose more pounds I can.
