This week I went for 5 miles of walking, this is the first real walking I have done in three weeks, the woods look very different now, but the weather this week has been beautiful, about 59oF (15oC). I did 4 half hour yoga sessions.
My average calories per day this week were 1700;
with a range of 1672 – 1728. I did very well on my intake this week, I was only 1 calorie over my target for the whole week.
My weight last week was 153 lbs. (69 kilograms)
My weight today is 152 lbs. (69 kilograms)
One more week of counting calories, then we try it without the math.
