This week I was not motivated enough to walk in the rain. I only walked six and a half miles over 2 days. I went kayaking once. I only did 5 half hour yoga sessions.
My average calories per day this week were 1695 (I’m continuing my 1700 calories per day target); with a range of 1613 – 1809. (The 1809 was from the day my mother’s church held it’s dessert social.)
My weight last week was 157 lbs. (71 kilograms)
My weight today is 156 lbs. (71 kilograms)
So this week I exercised less, ate more and still lost a pound? Clearly my body is toying with me.
