That's my niece's birthday. She'll be six.

I'm going to InConJunction because I need to get out of my pit and do things, it's not too ambitious, and I am reasonably hopeful that a good bunch of folks I want to spend time with will be there. And because I found out about s00j's house concert in Waukegan on the 5th just after I'd bought my membership.

Birthday tea for my son. And possibly my mum, depending on whether they have plans...

... what? There was anything else? :-)

Become a year older. :-)

Other than lunch w/ my mom, nothing in particular planned yet, but I've never had trouble finding "default" stuff to do on the 4th.

Not a clue yet, other than watch some form of fireworks somewhere. Pretty flames that go boom? Yeah, nice :)

Fishing

I'll most likely be fishing (catch & release) with my partner Kota, perhaps at Dunn Park in Gardner, Hopkinton, or the Merrimack River. I am falling in love with that river, even though its rocky bottom likes to devour my lures. :-P

If the weather is yucky, I might work on putting bamboo flooring in one of the bedrooms, or watch too much TV. :-)

Are you going to post about your plans? (If you already have, oops.)

Leaving a timely comment on your post.

Aside from that, we went to the Georgia Independence Day Festival yesterday [3 of the better RenFaire bands for $5--best bargain in town!--oh, yeah, & some historical stuff, too] & plan on lunch with my dad & his new lady friend in half an hour.
