Weekly Weigh In 30
This week I walked 2 miles. I did 4 half hour sunset yoga sessions.
I “ate out” multiple times over the weekend but I managed it well. When eating out I find it is easier to plan it as 2.5 meals a day instead of 5.
My weight last week was 151 lbs. (68 kilograms)
My weight today is 150 lbs. (68 kilograms)
The scale I use for my weigh-in is a balance scale like you see in a doctor’s office. It has 2 “sliding weights” one has 1 pound increments; the other has 50 pound increments. If I lose one more pound I have to switch from the “150-200” scale, to the “100-150” scale. Which has nothing to do with my waist size or my health, yet it still amuses me. I think part of the reason I am continuing to lose weight in spite of the lowered activity levels is the cold weather. I am looking forward to more snowy days.
