The Scratch Tracks Arrived!

Squeeeee

Thank You So Much T & S (& D too)

You really didn't have to but I do enjoy them, and I have heard "finished" CDs that were not as clean and smooth as your Scratch Tracks.

I will be sharing them with [livejournal.com profile] chaoticgoodchic who chippped in half of the bid last year, but that is all.

After listening to it half a dozen times now

[livejournal.com profile] chaoticgoodchicfinds Interfilk Auctions are the perfect time to go back to the room and take a nap without missing any of the music. She tells me what she wants me to bid on in Auction, tells me how much she can afford, then leaves it to my disgression.

My favorite tracks at this point are Tattercoats, Paper Worlds, and Head of a Pin

I think the sound of a child in the background actually adds something to the begining of Tattercoats, after all, the character is "A wife seven years and a mother for five". :)

My personal taste in albums tends to "Live" albums because of the difference having an audience makes to the performance. When I listened to the CD she sounded like she was performing for people and not a microphone.

Oh, well listened. That's Pippa when she was a small baby. That's one of the older scratch tracks. Oh and Paper Worlds seems popular at the moment having become the 1st song ever to win two SAMS in the same convention. {:c) What fun.
