Highs and lows
Aug. 14th, 2011 03:00 pmYesterday was the August Massfilc meeting at Robin & JT's house in Nashua NH. I thought it would be nice having less travel, but I forgot that in NH it would be less highway driving, more 30mph driving, so it took me the same amount time to get there as it would for me to get to Waltham, Ma.
It was great seeing everyone. Thank you to Robin & JT for hosting

Then on the drive home I got a flat tire on 93 north, at about midnight.
I drove a mile on the rim to get to the next exit and pulled into a Dunkin' Donuts. I called home to let them know about the flat. I changed the tire to my mini-spare, get on to 101 east, and at exit 2 my mini-spare goes flat.
The tow-truck got me to a garage at 2am, my father picked me up at about 4am, and I got home about 6am
