I still think of Chris Kimball as a text chef (Cook's Illustrated), mostly because I still haven't managed to see America's Test Kitchen ;)

Have to go with Julia Child, on that menu. But where's James Beard? Where's Paul Prudhomme? You know--the other REAL chefs?

Or if this is about the ones with cooking shows, how about Rachel Ray, Emeril and the Iron chefs?
