Weekly Weigh In 22

This week I managed 5 miles of walking. I did 2 half hour yoga sessions.

My average calories per day this week were 1553;
with a range of 898 – 1838. Even worse those numbers were from consecutive days. I need to get a handle on eating at cons. I am able to avoid junk, and plan for treats, but eating regular meals needs more work. I am going back to 1600 calories a day, because I'm finding that fitting in 1700 calories a day is too much work.

My weight last week was 155 lbs. (70 kilograms)
My weight today is 155 lbs. (70 kilograms)

I am actually happy to have leveled out this week. If I can stay at 155 lbs I will be quite content.

Oh, I unintentionally mastered leveling out at 155!

I'd love to break that barrier.I did last year by a whole 9 pounds... and then got right back up to that 155...

I must get into the habit of being more diligent!
